Professional Glass Repair & Replacement

Only the best—and the safest.

In some ways, your car’s glass is the only thing between you and the road. Your windshield is a critical part of your vehicle safety system and must be replaced with the proper tools, equipment and adhesives. Haddock Glass refuses to use sub-standard glass or other materials with visible defects or flaws. We obtain our glass from the same companies that serve the automakers.

You can trust Haddock Glass to restore your car to its pre-accident condition. We put the same care and quality into your windows and windshield as we do the rest of your car.

This means:

  • Only the proper adhesive tools and procedures
  • High quality, custom glass made for your car
  • No interference with your car’s radio or antenna system

Many luxury vehicles require special adhesives to keep radio and antenna systems functioning. Our technicians are experts at auto glass, repairing, removing and replacing hundreds of pieces of glass per month. They can handle even the most complex replacement without damaging a car.

Haddock Glass participates in the largest auto insurance glass networks and can bill your insurance company directly. You will owe only your deductible.

We offer mobile service and can replace most glass at your home or office in about an hour. We have all the equipment necessary in our van.

Do you work with any insurance company?
Yes. We can fix your car, regardless of what insurance company covers you. We have relationships with all the major carriers and will handle all the details.
Can you match my car’s paint exactly?
Yes. Because even two green 2007 Honda Accords can have subtle differences, we don’t use “stock manufacturer colors.” We custom mix and match the paint for your vehicle.
Why do estimates differ?
Since all body shops charge the same for labor and parts, the difference is in how thorough the estimate is. We try to avoid surprises, but once we take a car apart, there may be additional damage not anticipated in the original quote.
Do I need more than one estimate?
No. However, if you already have another estimate, show it to us and we’ll explain how ours compares. If you like our estimate, it’s the only one you need.
Is your estimate 100% accurate?
We have given you a visual estimate. This means we have assessed your car’s damage to the best of our ability based on what we can see—and based on what we suspect. Once we take your car apart, there may be additional damage. If there is, we’ll quote it and—with your permission—repair it.
What if someone else gives me a lower estimate?
Chances are, it’s not as thorough. We don’t try to hide any damage from you—no one likes surprises. Compare theirs to ours, and you’re likely to see more items on a Haddock estimate. That only means we’re being honest with you up front about the extent of the damage. Bring any estimate to Haddock and we’ll explain the difference.
What if I don’t know who’s paying for my repair?
Chances are, it’s not you. We have relationships with all the major insurance companies and will handle all the details. And if the responsible party wants to pay directly, it’s even more important that you get the most thorough estimate possible.
Who picks the parts?
You want the best quality repair, and so do we. However, insurance companies differ on their policies regarding original parts—no matter who is repairing your car. In the end, the choice is yours. We can discuss all your options with you in detail and offer guidance.
Can you repair any kind of car?
Absolutely. Haddock’s technicians are intimately familiar with all foreign and domestic cars. That means you don’t need to take your import to a “certified” repair shop for your particular brand.
Do I have to get an estimate before authorizing work?
Not at all. Feel free to simply drop your car off or have it towed to your nearest Haddock location.
What will the accident do to my insurance rates?
That is a question for your insurance agent.
How long will my repair take?
Haddock Collision turns repairs around 40% faster than the industry average. We will get to your car as quickly as possible, even transferring it to another location to expedite your repair if necessary. We can give you an actual delivery date when you bring your car in. If you have a special need, let us know so we can prioritize your car accordingly.
Do you use “Bondo?”
No.
I just have a small scratch on one fender—do you do repairs like that?
For extremely small jobs, a dent-and-paint shop will probably give you a more competitive price.
Do I have to pay up front?
No, you pay when your repairs are complete and you are completely satisfied. If you have a check from your insurance company, you can sign it over to us.
Do you guarantee your work?
The Haddock Pledge guarantees your satisfaction and the repair and paint work for as long as you own the vehicle.
If I don’t need a rental car, can you give me a ride home?
Sure.
